Anyone who knows me knows that I love the entertainment industry. I'll listen to all kinds of music, I love more sports than a girl should, and I'll watch just about any TV show, especially reality TV. However, I'm really only a true fan of 5 entertainers....Janet Jackson, Howard Stern, Chris Rock, Terrell Owens, and new to the list is Artie Lange. Artie Lange is a comedian/actor, who joined the Howard Stern radio show several years ago. Artie managed to get Stern's attention during an impromptu visit to the show, when he told a story of being fired by Quincy Jones as a cast member on Mad TV for doing cocaine, beating up the producers who tried to intervene, and eventually assaulting a cop for trying to get him help. Artie's a self proclaimed loser who has written a book called "'Too Fat To Fish'". My right hand to the man above, this is one of the funniest books you'll EVER read!!! It debut at #1 on NYtimes best sellers list and stayed for 4 months, you'll catch anyone from David Letterman, Al Roker, Jimmy Fallon to The Onion recommending it. I can tell you I found myself laughing uncontrollably when reading the chapter where Artie describes going to score cocaine from an inner city black kid while dressed up in a Mad TV pig costume. His recount of encounters with Tom Cruise and John Travolta's son (who recently passed away) while filming a scene for the movie Jerry Maguire is LOL material, along with many many others….Too Fat To Fish is a must read!!!
