Police in Oregon got a big tip Sunday night when Jesse Helt, the homeless man who was Miley Cyrus' date at the MTV VMAs, gave a speech and accepted the singer's award for Best Video. Police say there's a warrant out for the Helt's arrest for "criminal mischief" and "attempted burglary"....well, at least he'll have a place to live and 3 meals a day now!
