Halle Berry's ex, Gabriel Aubry, appeared in court yesterday to get the emergency protective order lifted, after his brutal Thanksgiving day fight with Olivier Martinez. The court upheld the order, banning Gabriel from seeing his daughter Nahla...they really didn't need to legally ban him, from the looks of this picture he can't see her anyway!
