James Eagan Holmes appeared in court for the first time Monday, after he was arrested for murdering 12 people in the mass shootings at a midnight screening of "The Dark Knight" in Colorado...I'm no genius, but I bet there's one more person the Colorado police should check on....his hair stylist!
