Famed TV producer, and host of 'New Years Rockin Eve', Dick Clark, died of a massive heart attack at age 82...so sad, I hope he at least got a chance to finish the 2012 countdown first!

20 Seconds and Counting
Would someone please tell Dick Clark to pass the torch already? It's kind of brutal watching, and embarrassing to be the one who screws up the countdown at a party because you were listening to Dick Clark!
