Gabriel Aubry Taking Another Blow

Halle Berry's ex, Gabriel Aubry, appeared in court yesterday to get the emergency protective order lifted, after his brutal Thanksgiving day fight with Olivier Martinez. The court upheld the order, banning Gabriel from seeing his daughter Nahla...they really didn't need to legally ban him, from the looks of this picture he can't see her anyway!

Gabriel Aubry's Black Eye

Handsome model Gabriel Aubry was photographed sporting the shiner that former boxer, and Halle Berry's fiance, Oliver Martinez gave him on Thanksgiving day...doesn't look like the model will be able to make any photo shoots this week, unless it's for a self defense promo!

Halle Berry will be on the Ellen DeGeneres show today, recounting a scary moment where she thought she lost her daughter Nahla in a store....If Nahla can see what I see in this clip, she was probably roaming the store to find her mama some damn deodorant!
