Halle Berry has pulled out of the film "New Year's Eve" to prepare for a custody fight with her ex, Gabriel Aubry, for their young daughter, Nahla. It's being reported that Gabriel is set to make a low ball play for custody for the child.....This guy should be careful...after all she is prone to running people over, and forgetting what happened the next day!
