Elmhurst, Illinois is now trying to outlaw eye-rolling, after a local woman was ejected from a June 14th committee meeting for sighing and rolling her eyes. The city’s council affairs committee, is now considering creating a “disturbance and disorderly conduct” law for those caught violating....Oh shit, these laws are starting to hit a little to close to home. I can already see the headlines now...."There's a rise in black women going to prison!"
